Job description

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will take charge of enhancing performance marketing initiatives for multiple brands, each catering to distinct customer demographics and product ranges. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with the business and marketing teams to conceive, execute, and assess diverse marketing campaigns spanning various digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a digital marketing expert by mastering channels, tools, and trends
  • Implement performance marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Lead efforts to address business questions and achieve objective
  • Maintain and analyze analytics dashboards for ROI, cost, and performance
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Business teams to create tailored strategies for each business unit


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in Google Analytics Universe (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, etc) Meta pixel and paid posts, Lazada or Shopee Sponsored Solutions, Marketing Solutions Portals (MSP), and Collaborative Ads on Facebook
