Job Description:


System Administration and Operational Control

  • Serve as the primary business support and coordination point for SpecRight administration, ensuring effective governance, user support, and operational continuity by managing core administrative activities, coordinating access and user needs, triaging issues, and maintaining a stable, reliable, and business-ready platform.
  • Improve data quality and operational accuracy through recurring validations, record maintenance, issue identification, and timely escalation of risks or defects.
  • Provide visibility into activity, issues, and performance by maintaining trackers, monitoring open items, and reporting workload, turnaround times, and resolution status.


Transition and Change Execution

  • Lead transition readiness and knowledge transfer by coordinating handoffs, documenting critical processes, and ensuring key operational knowledge is transferred effectively.
  • Drive UAT execution for changes and enhancements by partnering with business users, organizing test activities, tracking defects and feedback, and ensuring changes are validated to minimize post-deployment issues and user disruption, and helping ensure updates are validated before implementation.


Business Coordination and Process Discipline

  • Serve as the central point of coordination for SpecRight-related questions, requests, and recurring issues to create clearer accountability, faster follow-through, and better stakeholder alignment.
  • Strengthen process discipline and documentation through SOPs, desk guides, playbooks, trackers, and documented routines that support consistency, auditability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Advance continuous improvement in the operating model by identifying pain points, reducing manual effort, and recommending workflow enhancements that improve efficiency, control, and scalability, and partnering with Own Brands and Philtech Inc stakeholders to improve efficiency, control, and scalability over time.


Qualifications:


A. Educational Background & Certifications

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Preferably with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or relevant credentials).


B. Salesforce Expertise required

  • Strong experience in Salesforce administration
  • Capability to manage, configure, and support Salesforce environments.


C. Technical Capability

Familiarity with:

  • Flows
  • APEX classes
  • Managed packages
  • Ability to navigate both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce.


D. Project & Delivery Experience

  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Involvement in system rollouts and change implementations


E. Balanced Skill Set

  • Able to balance project management and technical responsibilities
  • Demonstrates strong technical capability with coordination/leadership skills
