Quality Assurance Analyst

The Role:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst I for the Microsoft account, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that products meet the highest standards before release.

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions
• Assist in the development of automated testing frameworks
