Driver - Team Leader

Qualifications:

• Skillful driver.
• Knows how to communicate properly.
• Well-versed in building maintenance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Leading and managing the team responsible for various facility-related tasks.
• Monitoring the daily tasks / DTR for the team.
• Assigned to check the daily parking reservation and report parking or slot concern.
• Drive the Top Management’s vehicle to repair shop.
• Overseeing the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of office buildings and equipment.
• In coordination with Building Administrator Liaising with external service providers and contractors for maintenance, repair, and renovation project.
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination regarding facility-related issues.
• Safety Marshall / Part of ERP Team.
• Participate and conduct religious/ monthly meeting with office admin.
• Other task/s that can be assigned under him.
