Job Overview

We are seeking a Computer & Tech Retail Team Leader to manage store operations and lead a sales team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role
• Experience in computer, electronics, or gadget retail is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in POS systems and inventory management
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities
• Goal-oriented and capable of handling a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff performance
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets
• Recommend suitable technology solutions to customers
• Monitor inventory levels and POS transactions
• Handle customer concerns and operational issues
• Conduct staff coaching and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper product display and store standards
• Prepare sales reports and operational updates
