Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱50,000/month (depending on experience)

Your Role:
As a Medical Billing Officer, you will support billing operations, patient record management, and claims processing while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Billing & Processing:

• Perform end-to-end medical billing for assigned providers and specialties
• Create and maintain accurate patient records and billing entries
• Verify billing information using HIC Online, Eclipse, and relevant platforms
• Review and resolve billing rejections, exceptions, and duplicate records
• Submit claims according to Medicare, Health Fund, and client requirements
• Maintain updated billing instructions and documentation
• Monitor work queues and ensure completion within timelines

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience working in high-volume processing environments.
• Strong time management and self-discipline.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems simultaneously.

Highly Preferred:

• Medical billing experience (Australian healthcare experience preferred).
• Experience with Medicare, Eclipse, or similar platforms.
• Background in healthcare administration or revenue cycle operations.
• Experience working with offshore BPO or remote teams.
• Understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and secure work practices.
