Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Electronics Sales Associate to assist customers, drive sales, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in electronic products, especially laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories.

Qualifications

• College Level or College Graduate
• With at least 1–2 years of retail sales experience
• Experience in electronics or gadget retail is preferred
• Knowledgeable in laptops, computers, gadgets, and accessories
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven and willing to learn product knowledge
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
• Promote and sell electronics, gadgets, and accessories
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Process POS transactions accurately
• Monitor product availability and assist in inventory checks
• Maintain cleanliness and proper product display
• Support store operations and sales activities
• Stay updated on product features and promotions
