Summary of Role
As the NetSuite Technical Administrator, you will be the dedicated expert responsible for our scripting and integration layer. You will focus on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex NetSuite code, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and fully integrated with our business platforms.

Your Impact & What You'll Do
  • Maintain System Health: Monitor, troubleshoot, and fix errors in SuiteScripts, workflows, and integrations to ensure smooth performance.

  • Build & Develop: Design and deploy SuiteScript 2.x solutions (e.g., RESTlets, Map/Reduce) to meet business requirements.

  • Manage Integrations: Develop and support connections between NetSuite and other business systems using platforms like Workato, Boomi, or Celigo.

  • Ensure Stability: Manage platform updates and enforce coding standards to ensure all customizations are reliable and maintainable.

  • Provide Technical Support: Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues that functional administrators cannot resolve.

  • Advanced Scripting: Deep expertise in SuiteScript 2.x and a strong understanding of NetSuite REST/SOAP APIs.

  • Integration Experience: Proven ability to build and support integrations using industry-standard tools (Workato, Boomi, or Celigo).

  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent debugging skills with the ability to identify the root cause of complex technical failures quickly.



Requirements
What You Bring Required 5-8 years of hands-on NetSuite experience with a developer or technical admin focus Deep SuiteScript 2.x expertise across all script types: scheduled, user event, map/reduce, client, RESTlet, and Suitelet Proven experience building and supporting integrations using Workato, Boomi, or Celigo Strong proficiency with NetSuite REST and SOAP APIs (SuiteTalk, RESTlets) Working knowledge of SuiteFlow (workflow automation) and SuiteAnalytics (saved searches, workbooks, reporting) Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills — you can trace a failure from symptom to source quickly Familiarity with SuiteCloud CLI / SDF and version control practices for NetSuite deployments Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Nice to Have NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II certification JavaScript or TypeScript experience beyond SuiteScript Experience applying CI/CD principles to NetSuite deployment pipelines Exposure to SuiteAnalytics Connect
