Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Prospect and reach out to potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities

• Conduct outbound calls and sales activities to acquire new accounts

• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships

• Gather necessary client information for account setup and job/service creation

• Participate in business negotiations and work toward closing sales

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that move prospects through the sales funnel.

  Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (neutral accent preferred for US clients)

• Experience creating documents, reports, or process materials

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Business-minded and results-driven

• Bachelors Degree

• Experience using CRM tools
