𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

As part of our animation team, you will:

• Create production-ready character artwork, poses, expressions, and visual assets.
• Design and paint backgrounds that align with the show's visual style.
• Develop artwork for character rigging and animation systems.
• Work alongside animators, illustrators, and AI specialists within a hybrid production pipeline.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate asset creation while maintaining artistic quality and consistency.
• Review, refine, and correct AI-generated outputs to ensure professional standards.
• Help establish efficient workflows that combine human creativity with AI-powered production techniques.
• Contribute to visual development, style consistency, and production scalability.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

Required

• Professional experience in an animation studio, game studio, production company, or equivalent creative environment.
• Strong foundation in drawing, illustration, design, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating animation-ready assets.
• Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Illustrator,Clip Studio Paint, Illustrator, Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of character design, posing, composition, color, and perspective.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a production team.
• Openness to learning and adapting to AI-enhanced creative workflows.

Preferred

• Experience with AI image generation and creative AI tools.
• Familiarity with Stable Diffusion, Flux, ComfyUI, LoRA training, ControlNet, IPAdapter, or related technologies.
• Experience maintaining character consistency across large volumes of generated content.
• Experience in compositing.
• Understanding of AI-assisted animation workflows.
• Experience with children's media or animated television production.
