Azure Local HCI & Wintel Administrator

About the Role

As an Azure Local HCI & Wintel Administrator, you will provide technical ownership of hypervisor clusters, Windows Server platforms, and enterprise compute services. You will work closely with Network, Storage, Security, and Application teams to deliver stable and compliant infrastructure services.

Work Setup:

• Hybrid work arrangement
• Graveyard shift
• Locations: QC, Makati, Muntinlupa, or Cebu

Compensation:

• PHP 100,000 – PHP 170,000 Basic Salary
• PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) platforms
• Provide technical ownership of hypervisor clusters and Windows Server environments
• Perform architecture-aligned administration, stability management, and lifecycle management
• Implement and maintain certifications and platform compliance
• Manage compute platforms and services according to enterprise standards
• Perform patch management and lifecycle support activities
• Troubleshoot Windows OS internals and infrastructure issues
• Automate administrative tasks and reporting using PowerShell
• Collaborate with Network, Storage, Security, and Application teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 8 years of enterprise compute or infrastructure administration experience
• At least 5 years of administration experience
• Experience supporting Hypervisor platforms
• Experience administering Windows Server environments
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI)
• At least 3 years of experience with clustered compute platforms
• Hands-on experience with Azure Stack HCI or Azure Local
• Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization
• Strong Windows Server administration skills
• Experience with OS internals and troubleshooting
• Experience in patch management and lifecycle support
• Understanding of compute networking
• Understanding of storage concepts supporting hypervisor platforms
• Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and reporting
• Experience using Windows Admin Center
• Experience working in enterprise environments with compliance-driven infrastructure standards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams including Network, Storage, Security, and Application teams
