Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a QA Manager (for manufacturing) to lead and oversee quality assurance operations in our manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines through effective quality management systems, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Objectives & Responsibilities

Quality Management & Compliance

• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor quality performance and prepare quality reports.

Quality Control & Improvement

• Oversee product inspections and quality control activities.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Audit & Documentation

• Conduct internal audits and support customer or regulatory audits.
• Maintain and review quality records, reports, and documentation.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and develop the QA team.
• Provide training on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and quality control processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be assigned at the Bestpak manufacturing plant.
