Role Overview:
The Customer Success Technician – Broadband & Ethernet is responsible for the end-to end provisioning of Broadband and Ethernet services. This role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality service activation while delivering excellent customer experience aligned with Gamma standards. The position is hands-on and operational, supporting customer orders, activations, and provisioning requests.
What We’re Looking For:- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Broadband or Ethernet provisioning within a telecommunications environment.
- Strong preference for candidates with telco provisioning experience.
- Understanding of network provisioning workflows and service activation processes.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Cebu.
- Ability to work UK-aligned hours as required.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Provision and activate Broadband and Ethernet services in line with defined processes and SLAs.
- Manage customer orders from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve provisioning issues.
- Update systems and documentation to reflect service changes and activations.
- Provide high-quality customer service through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Adhere to quality standards and participate in quality assurance reviews.
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or service issues to the Team Lead as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the provisioning function.
