We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the owner of a small bookkeeping practice with daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals, experience with QuickBooks Online , and excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, transaction categorization, and bank reconciliations . Maintain accurate and organized client financial records. Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting documentation. Review financial data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Follow established bookkeeping procedures and client-specific workflows. Utilize QuickBooks Online to record and manage financial transactions. Provide administrative support related to bookkeeping as needed. Qualifications Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles, including debits, credits, and reconciliations . Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) . Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel and Outlook . Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
