Market Research Analyst

Job Description

• Independent planning, execution, analysis, and presentation of market research projects (ad hoc), as well as management of external service providers
  

• Consulting and support in the implementation of findings from market research projects
  

• Identification of internal market research needs and proactive development of appropriate study designs
  

• Development and maintenance of the internal Competitive Intelligence Tool (MAFO platform)
  

• Ongoing monitoring and screening of relevant and up-to-date market information (products, companies, market reports, etc.)
  

• Preparation of market and potential analyses, as well as market reports
  

• Implementation and fulfillment of the safety manual’s requirements
  

• Implementation and fulfillment of the personnel handbook’s requirements
  

• Implementation and fulfillment of the regulatory requirements
  

• Willing to work in Nuvali, Santa Rosa
  

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Business, or equivalent professional experience
  

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
  

• Strong moderation and facilitation skills
  

• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
  

• Proactive and takes initiative
  

• Strong communication skills with assertiveness
  

• Collaborative team player
  

• International mindset and cultural awareness
  

• Proficient in MS Office tools and BI tools
  

• Experience using online survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics)
