  • We're looking for an IT Support Level 2 Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist users across multiple environments. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. This is a remote, project-based role in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support/administration for multiple client environments

  • Perform troubleshooting tasks, problem diagnosis, resolution, or escalate further to specialist teams

  • Periodic onsite visits to client sites

  • Provide continual improvement recommendations

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is up to date

  • Assist with senior project work from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Level 2 IT Support or application support, preferably supporting cloud-based SaaS environments.

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
    (MSP experience means supporting multiple external clients and handling varied IT environments using structured ticketing and SLA-based support.)

  • Experience with some of the following technologies:

    • Windows

    • Active Directory (AD)

    • Microsoft 365 / Office 365

    • Azure

    • Outlook / Exchange

    • Hyper-V

    • Intune

    • Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR)

    • Networking
      (Not all are required; training will be provided.)

  • Experience using ticketing and monitoring tools.

  • Strong troubleshooting and advanced problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong client-facing experience.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.

  • Comfortable working in an environment with change and urgency.

  • Working knowledge of help desk systems, remote support tools, and IT databases.

  • English proficiency is required.

  • Must have a reliable remote work setup (laptop/computer and stable internet connection).

  • Hours of Operation: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT

  • Salary Package: Php 40,000 with 10% salary increase after 6 months probationary period based on performance.
