Training Manager (Tax/Finance/Training)

The Role:

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs within the Tax and Finance sectors. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

• Develop and execute training strategies for Tax and Finance teams.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.

• Manage training budgets and resources.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the HR department, Finance teams, and external training providers.
