WE’RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Onsite: Kapitolyo, Pasig
We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to manage the sales process—from handling inquiries and developing client relationships to presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing projects.
You will serve as the client’s main commercial partner, understand their requirements, and coordinate with our design, engineering, estimation, and operations teams to develop the right kitchen solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and qualify incoming leads and business opportunities
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, architects, developers, and hospitality groups
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project consultations
• Prepare and present proposals with the internal technical team
• Negotiate and move opportunities through to closing
• Maintain an organized pipeline, accurate forecasts, and consistent follow-ups
• Develop new accounts, partnerships, and sources of business
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
What We’re Looking For
• At least four years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management
• Proven ability to manage complex sales and close high-value projects
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Organized, persistent, commercially minded, and accountable for results
• Experience in F&B, kitchen equipment, hospitality, real estate, is an advantage
We are looking for someone who can earn a client’s trust, understand the details of a project, and confidently own the commercial relationship from the first conversation to a signed contract.
