Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.

We are seeking a qualified Senior Materials Engineer to provide on-site supervision of contractor works and ensure quality control and assurance compliance on our Roads and Highways Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor works at project site at all times
• Issue instructions and provide direction on quality control and assurance matters
• Conduct materials inspections and testing
• Monitor compliance with DPWH standards and project specifications
• Prepare quality assurance reports and documentation
• Perform other tasks required to complete consulting services

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PLE) - Current license from PRC
• DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer II - Current accreditation
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience as Materials Engineer II
• Expert knowledge of materials testing, QA/QC procedures, and DPWH standards
• Strong supervisory and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Science
• Experience supervising contractors on large infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with project management systems
