Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer refunds to achieve productivity metrics.
• You will put a keen eye for the computational details with a high level of accuracy in processing refunds and discounts to end customers.
• You will ensure that cases are worked on daily to meet internal service level agreements.
• You will communicate with Payment Services Provides/Billing and Refunds Manager for issues encountered.
• You will perform other related duties as assigned by the Billing and Refunds Manager

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in Accounting
• Experience in accounts reconciliation and refunds management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
• University degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent.
