US Program Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic USRN Program Manager to lead operations for our Hartford account. This role will oversee program performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery of high-quality Utilization Management services while leading teams and aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-endprogram operationsfor the assigned account

• Lead and manage team leaders and USRN professionals to achieve performance targets

• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, client standards, and regulatory requirements

• Utilize clinical subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and resolve complex cases

• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Training, Operations) to optimize processes

• Manage stakeholder relationships and present business reviews

Qualifications

• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (any US state)

• At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital or similar experience

• At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience

• At least 2 years of recent supervisory or managerial experience

• Strong clinical subject matter expertise with the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to deliver results

• Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities

Additional Requirements

• Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including:

  • Weekends

  • Night shifts

  • Holidays (as required by business needs)
