Sharepoint Editor

Job Description

• Support with editorial work on Sharepoint Communication sites, and other M365 platforms, for an organization of 18,000 colleagues in 40+ countries.
• Work includes everyday updates to sites and pages, as well as updating existing sites to be in line with our new guidelines or creating new sites in line with those guidelines. These requests will be coming from the Communications team or other site owners.
• Further, the role includes to be a key editorial resource in an ongoing development project of revisiting and harmonizing the SharePoint Communication sites structure for the global company.
• Take responsibility, prioritize and structure own work, supported by a team and manager in Sweden.

Qualifications

• Very good English language skills.
• Very good knowledge in editorial work in SharePoint (meriting if basic knowledge in other M365 tools).
• Experience from UI/UX understanding, and how to design user friendly layouts.
• Knowledge about how to follow brand guidelines and use defined templates.
• Knowledge about editorial possibilities in SharePoint, including for example building different kind of layouts and incorporating the different web parts, connections to other apps, and using advanced permission settings.
• Meriting with technical knowledge, including how to organize content in an AI-optimized way - for example, how to structure, tag and name documents.
• Basic skills and knowledge in the communication area in general.
• Meriting with understanding for internal communications in a sprawling global organization.
• Structured and proactive with great interpersonal communications skills.
