Account Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Develop & execute a media plan for NAD and/or its clients
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audience
• Manage TikTok account/s and live content and data
• Manage & schedule content across platforms.
• Will act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationship between the client/s and the company.
• Attend to & propose solutions aligned with the clients' service requests
• Analyze e-commerce performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives.
• Will be trained to perform ad hoc tasks inline with the department and accounts handled.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience in E-Commerce Account Management or a related field.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices.
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement and follower base
• Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills Passion for our industry.
• Can work and collaborate with a team
