Job Summary

We are hiring a Food Technology & Process Excellence Manager to lead product commercialization, process standardization, and technical documentation for new and existing food products. This role is instrumental in ensuring operational readiness, product consistency, and continuous improvement across commissary and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process standardization initiatives for new and existing food products.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to ensure commercial feasibility during product development.
• Develop and maintain Technical Manuals, SOPs, and production standards.
• Oversee Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy and product master data.
• Lead a team responsible for technical documentation and SAP maintenance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Training teams to support product launches.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement initiatives.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions for production-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Strong experience in product development, food manufacturing, process engineering, or commissary operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, BOM management, and process documentation is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
