Infrastructure System Cloud Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure System Cloud Engineer to support enterprise cloud and infrastructure environments by diagnosing performance issues, optimizing system reliability, and providing technical guidance to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend performance improvements.
• Assess and optimize Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Support networking, IIS, SQL Server, load balancers, reverse proxies, WAF, and authentication services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, best practices, and infrastructure health assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS)
  • Windows Server & IIS
  • SQL Server
  • Networking (DNS, Routing, TLS)
  • Load Balancers, Reverse Proxies, WAF, and Authentication
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
