SAP MM Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a SAP MM Application Support Analyst to provide functional application support for SAP Materials Management (MM), with a focus on Inventory Management. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and resolving application and system issues to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of business-critical SAP solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily operations, optimize system performance, and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for SAP MM, with a primary focus on Inventory Management processes.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP MM application issues and user-reported incidents in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact business operations.
• Analyze system behavior, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions to improve application stability.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to resolve application-related concerns.
• Support SAP integration processes and ensure data accuracy across connected systems.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and promote best practices.
• Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing application support procedures and system management best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Work independently while actively participating in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience supporting SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) applications.
• Strong expertise in SAP MM Inventory Management.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP integration and data management.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP MM application and system-related issues.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Setup

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Project Location: Uptown 2, Taguig
• Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week
