Account Manager

RESPONSIBLITIES Develop & execute a media plan for NAD and/or its clients Create engaging content that resonates with target audience Manage TikTok account/s and live content and data Manage & schedule content across platforms. Will act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationship between the client/s and the company. Attend to & propose solutions aligned with the clients' service requests Analyze e-commerce performance and adjust strategies as needed. Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices. Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives. Will be trained to perform ad hoc tasks inline with the department and accounts handled. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field. At least 2 years experience in E-Commerce Account Management or a related field. Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing principles and best practices. Proven track record of growing social media engagement and follower base Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills Passion for our industry.
