Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the Philippines. Our ideal

candidate is a creative and analytical marketer with experience in social media management,

content creation, lead generation, and brand reputation management.

In this position, you will:

● Manage the BetterMind's organic social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

● Create engaging content such as graphics, videos, reels, and other marketing materials

● Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms

● Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials

● Monitor and improve lead generation performance from organic marketing channels

● Analyze social media and website performance to identify opportunities for improvement

● Track and report on key marketing metrics such as engagement, leads, conversion rates, and audience growth

● Monitor and respond professionally to reviews, comments, and public inquiries

● Monitor online discussions and platforms for potential brand reputation or PR concerns

● Escalate sensitive issues and participant concerns to management when necessary

● Support the optimization of Messenger, Instagram DM, and chatbot automation flows

● Coordinate with the Recruitment team to improve messaging and participant conversion rates

● Assist in improving website content, landing pages, and overall user experience

● Support on-site marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activities

● Create marketing materials for events, campaigns, and recruitment initiatives

● Research trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve the client's marketing efforts

Requirements

Our ideal candidate:

● Has experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field

● Is skilled in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation and editing tools

● Has strong written and verbal communication skills

● Is comfortable creating both creative and data-driven marketing campaigns

● Has experience analyzing performance metrics and making data-informed decisions

● Is proactive in identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement

● Is organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

● Is comfortable handling public-facing communications and online communities

● Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving skills

● Team player

● Superb verbal and written communication skills

● Fluent in Tagalog and English

This is a full-time position located in Quezon City, Philippines (on-site).
