The Farm Operations Assistant supports production and inventory operations, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery of fresh and value-added products while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.

📍 Location: Quezon City, Philippines

💼 Role: Farm Operations Assistant

What You'll Do:

Planning

• Manage customer orders, inventory replenishment, and ERP master data.
• Prepare purchase requests, production schedules, and dispatch plans to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.

Production

• Process receiving of goods, update WMS records, and prepare production and delivery documents.
• Maintain accurate records of returns and secure required regulatory permits.

Inventory & Support

• Monitor inventory movements, conduct stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and process invoices.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Operations

• Monitor production operations, maintain hygiene standards, and report operational issues.
• Prepare staff attendance records and recommend process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agriculture, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Preferably 1+ year of experience in FMCG, warehousing, or operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, operations, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Organized, resourceful, collaborative, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency.
