Your Role:

As an .NET / C# Backend Developer, you will:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production cloud applications and distributed integration services.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deploy technical fixes.
• Design and develop serverless workflows and integrations using Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and REST APIs.
• Build and manage automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, and YAML configurations.
• Analyze application telemetry, metrics, and logs to optimize system performance and cloud reliability.
• Coordinate deployment releases, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Advanced C# Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of C# development for enterprise applications.
• Azure Integration Ecosystem: Direct hands-on experience building and managing Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Service Bus, and Azure Storage solutions.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & CI/CD: Proven proficiency using Azure DevOps, Git, Bicep, and YAML to automate cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Cloud Telemetry & Observability: Strong skills in tracking application health using Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• AEST Shift Alignment: Full-time availability to work standard business hours aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Preferred skills/expertise

• Practical experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking architectures, including Virtual Networks (VNets).
• Experience leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding and debugging.
• Background in managing complex enterprise integrations and distributed system topologies.
