Bookkeeper

Position: Remote Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) strong spreadsheet skills and can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end reconciliations.
• Organize and maintain bookkeeping documentation.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate financial updates as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Previous professional bookkeeping experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

Work Schedule

• Remote (Work from Home Philippines)
• 30 hours per week (EST schedule)
• Rate: $7/hour
