Area Manager

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Area Manager you lead a group of stores together with Store Managers to drive strong business results operational excellence and a great customer experience. You ensure consistent execution support store teams through coaching and follow-up and enable smooth operations in alignment with H&Ms global values and long-term ambitions.

You will:

• Deliver strong business results by driving sales profitability and operational excellence across your stores
• Secure a consistent and high-quality customer experience by ensuring H&M standards and ways of working are followed
• Lead commercial executionadapting campaigns store activations and priorities to your local market
• Build and develop high-performing teams by coaching Store Managers and strengthening succession and engagement
• Collaborate across functions and create alignment to enable smooth operations and clear direction for store teams
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvementmanaging risks ensuring compliance and supporting sustainability goals

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll work closely with Store Managers and Area Teams while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across People Expansion Tech Visual and Controllingconnecting store reality with market and global priorities.

This role will be reporting to the General Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who

• Have a Bachelors degree in Business Retail or similar or 5 years of strong retail leadership experience managing multiple stores or teams
• Are business-driven with a strong understanding of sales operations and customer experience
• Act with ownership follow through on performance and deliver results
