1. Manage the end-to-end and “whole deck” processing from receipt to integration fulfillment
- Review and analyze all applications for new distributor entrants; assess regulatory and business requirements; review hierarchies in view of sequential hiring; review/QA all requirements; communicate with applicant/leader until all requirements are completed.
- Communicate with distributor and SMT for requirements, updates and follow-ups
- Endorse complied documents to hierarchy and tagging team for creation of code to DMS and IC ELS
2. Manage the end-to-end process on conversion and final QA of applications
- Dedicated POC – one stop shop per territory.
- Keep track and monitoring of the following:
a. submission of licensing applications (organic/inorganic recruits)
b. process and downloading of docs from SRT
- Responsible for final QA and ensure completion of requirements.
- Sending of emails to leaders/SMTs on lacking requirements.
- Chasing recruits, leaders and SMTs for the pending requirements.
- Preparation of Agency Matrix for sequential hierarchy.
- Completion handling re-calibration of complied or incomplete requirements.
- Handling of pipeline report per territory.
- Final endorsement to coding team for registration to DMS and ELS
- Regular meetings/updates with partner RecOps to discuss completion of documents
- Communicate with distributor and SMT for requirements, updates, and follow-ups
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred with bachelor’s degree from Business/Office Administration, Management, or related courses with curriculum focused on process, logics,
- Communication: Written communication skills. This person will communicate directly with SMT, Distributors, Recruitment Ops team.
- MS Excel Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (i.e pivots, look-ups, tables and charts) to support reporting and database management requirements.
- Coordination: Builds collaboration with distributors, SMTs, Recruitment Operations, to ensure straight-through processing.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, very organized and structured in doing things.
