Job description

Job Description:

  • Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs), employee interviews, and surveys to gather employee feedback.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via email, ticketing system, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with day-to-day HR activities.
  • Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable handling employee-facing responsibilities and addressing employee concerns.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Working student experience is an advantage.
  • HR certification is preferred but not required.
