Job Overview: The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures products meet standards before deployment. The position is responsible for designing and executing test plans to ensure product quality, working closing with stakeholders. The role is essential in delivering reliable, high-performing and
user-friendly software products

Main Tasks / Responsibilities Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Develop test scripts based on requirements and acceptance standards
- Perform function, regression, integration, and UAT
- Identify and properly document issues that may arise during testing
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and come up with recommendations on process improvements
- Validate product efficiency against UI/UX guidelines, performance benchmarks, and technical specifications

Documentation and Processes:
- Create and maintain standard test plans, test scripts, and cases, and quality reports
- Collaborate with the team to enhance testing standards, QA best practices, and workflows

Collaboration and Communication:
- Closely work with product and support teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
- At least 2 years experience as QA Engineer, Tester, or similar role
- Strong understanding of QA standards, best practices, and testing concepts. Ability to design, create, and implement clear test scripts and scenarios
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for details
- Organized, can work well under pressure
- Has the ability to explain and elaborate when issues arise

Additional Advantages

- Experience with automation tools or frameworks
- Background in SaaS – HRIS, Accounting, Inventory
- Experience in APIs, integrations

Salary: Php28,000 - Php35,000
