Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Planning & Performance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, performance reporting, and strategic financial analysis. This position plays a vital role in supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations that improve profitability and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports and business performance reviews.
• Analyze financial results, cost drivers, and profitability.
• Build financial models to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Lead and coach the finance planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in Restaurant Chains, Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Goods.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, ERP, and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
