MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Provide Assistance to patients and doctors for Teleconsultation needs.Telemedicine Patient Support
Provides assistance to patients regarding telemedicine-related inquiries and concerns.
Contacts patients via email or phone to address scheduling matters.
Issues Letters of Authorization (LOA) to patients as required.
Troubleshoots and resolves basic telemedicine platform and connectivity issues.
Consultation Coordination
Coordinates consultation schedules and facilitates communication between patients and doctors.
Manages and organizes daily consultation schedules for assigned physicians to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Reporting and Documentation
Prepares and consolidates consultation summary data for daily or periodic accomplishment reports.
Stakeholder Communication
Serves as a liaison between doctors and MediCard to support smooth coordination and information flow.
Additional Duties
Performs other administrative and operational tasks as assigned from time to time.
