The Legal Assistant will play a key role within our client's growing Lawyer Partner Enablement team. Working closely with the Product team, this position will oversee the document summary process by reviewing legal documents, identifying and highlighting key legal terms and provisions, and ensuring accurate summaries are generated. These summaries enable customers to quickly access important information about the terms of their agreements, helping streamline contract review and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete Document Summaries: Create summaries by accurately and efficiently summarizing legal documents to assist customers and legal partners.
- Identify Key Legal Terms In Documents: You’ll be the expert on identification of non-solicits, non-circumvents, standstills, the definition of representatives, and everything in-between
- Provide Key Insights Into Improving Summaries: Your voice will be instrumental in improving the summary experience for our customers and legal partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Law Graduate
- Pass required exams (language, typing, and spelling, information extraction, etc.).
- Eligible to work in the Philippines.
- 2-3 years experience as a paralegal or assistant in a law firm preferred.
- Experience in routine document processing preferred.
- English proficiency preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred.
