Job description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • WIth at least 15 years of experience and 5 years of leadership experience
  • Has experience in end-to-end process of food ingredients development

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee all research and development activities, including product development, process improvement, and system innovation.
  • Manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring objectives, timelines, and documentation requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and product development goals.
  • Provide expertise in product development, quality, and food safety.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, consumer acceptance, and business sustainability.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in food safety, risk management, and shelf-life evaluation.
