Service Leader - Security

We are looking

for Service Leader - Security to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations
• Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies
• Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards
• Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction
• Handle guests inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately

About you:

• Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry Valid Security Personnel Permit Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits Sound knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
