💼 Role: Identity Management Systems Administrator (eDirectory)

What You'll Do:
🎯 Build, deploy, maintain, and document changes in eDirectory environments.
🔧 Provide L2 operational support for troubleshooting, request handling, and incident resolution.
📈 Assist in projects involving server and application migrations, including Novell eDirectory.
🤝 Manage and create eDirectory drivers.
📚 Ensure stability, response time, and lifecycle management over the eDirectory platform.
📊 Communicate and report effectively on system performance and incidents.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure, specifically Novell products and Linux OS.
✅ Self-motivated and eager to grow in IT infrastructure.
✅ Expert in Linux OS, eDirectory, IDM Console, and NetIQ Access Manager.
✅ Deep knowledge of Novell services and applications, LDAP, Apache Tomcat, and NDSD service.
✅ Familiarity with the ITIL framework
