Civil Engineer (Renewable Energy Projects)

About the Role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure and site development works for renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil engineering designs, plans, and technical specifications.

• Support site development activities, including grading, drainage, access roads, and foundation works.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and evaluation of engineering solutions.

• Review contractor deliverables, construction methodologies, and project documentation.

• Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations to address project challenges.

• Ensure projects are executed in line with approved schedules and engineering requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in civil, infrastructure, power, industrial, or renewable energy projects.

• Experience in site development, construction supervision, and project coordination.

• Knowledge of engineering standards, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to solar, power, energy, or large-scale infrastructure developments.

• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project owners.

• Familiarity with project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance processes.

• Ability to manage multiple project priorities in a fast-paced environment.
