LinkedIn Outreach, CRM & Talent Sourcing CoordinatorBPO Lab is hiring a LinkedIn Outreach, CRM & Talent Sourcing Coordinator to support its client, Toll International LLC, a New York City-based infrastructure consulting firm specializing in project controls, CPM scheduling, cost estimating, PMO support, risk management, claims support, PMIS, GIS, and construction management consulting.
This role will support Toll International’s business development, recruiting, CRM, and relationship-building efforts. The selected candidate will help identify qualified contacts, organize outreach campaigns, source professional candidates, maintain CRM records, and support follow-up activity that creates qualified conversations with clients, partners, recruiters, consultants, and candidates.
This is a remote hourly position based in the Philippines. The role is paid at PHP 430 per hour and may require work hours aligned with U.S. business needs.
Research and identify qualified contacts on LinkedIn, including recruiters, consultants, engineering professionals, construction management professionals, project controls leaders, public agency contacts, and potential teaming partners.
Send approved LinkedIn connection requests and outreach messages.
Track responses, follow-ups, and relationship status.
Identify high-value contacts engaging with Toll International leadership or company content.
Help convert LinkedIn engagement into candidate applications, recruiter conversations, partner introductions, and client relationships.
Source qualified candidates for Toll International’s consulting needs.
Target professionals in CPM scheduling, project controls, cost estimating, PMO support, document control, PMIS, GIS, construction management, risk, and claims support.
Identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and referrals.
Track candidate availability, compensation expectations, location, technical fit, and interest level.
Support candidate outreach using approved messaging templates.
Maintain organized candidate pipelines for current and future task orders.
Maintain accurate records in Zoho Bigin, Zoho Recruit, spreadsheets, or other systems used by BPO Lab and Toll International.
Add new contacts, candidates, companies, recruiters, and partner leads to the CRM.
Log outreach activity, responses, notes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
Clean duplicates and maintain CRM data quality.
Prepare weekly pipeline reports showing outreach activity, candidate sourcing progress, qualified conversations, responses received, and pending follow-ups.
Research target companies, public agencies, engineering firms, construction management firms, law firms, claims consultants, recruiters, and potential teaming partners.
Build organized contact lists by company, role, market, geography, and opportunity type.
Support approved email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Help create qualified conversations that may support future task order opportunities, teaming relationships, recruiting needs, or client engagement.
Support follow-up activity related to task order pursuits, staffing opportunities, and relationship development.
Help Toll International respond quickly to staffing needs by identifying qualified candidates for active and future task orders.
Support candidate pipelines that improve Toll International’s ability to win, staff, perform, and renew task orders.
Maintain visibility with recruiters, consultants, partners, and client-related contacts who may influence future opportunities.
Support outreach and follow-up that contributes to task order pursuits and renewals.
Experience in LinkedIn outreach, business development, client relations, recruiting, talent sourcing, sales development, or B2B outreach.
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience researching companies, identifying decision-makers, and organizing contact lists.
Experience communicating professionally with candidates, recruiters, clients, partners, or business contacts.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools.
