The opportunity

As part of our EY-BPM team, you will help clients in designing and developing state of the art solutions leveraging Celonis platform. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of process mining initiatives, including solution design, data integration, development, testing and deployment, ensuring they are scalable, reusable and sustainable with minimal customization.
Leveraging your expertise in process mining, process mapping, data modelling and technical documentation, you will enable clients to gain end-to-end visibility into their operations. You will help drive data-driven decision-making, uncover inefficiencies and improve operational performance through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights and digital transformation initiatives.
We’re looking for candidates with strong understanding of technology, data architecture and process analysis, particularly in event log design, workflow optimization and process mining methodologies, with a proven track record of successful delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross functional teams to assess business requirements, design process mining use cases and architect optimized solutions that enhance transparency, drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable business value.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, conformance checking, and performance analysis using process mining methodologies
• Drive actionable insights and recommendations for process optimization and AI/automation transformation
• Define scalable and reusable solution frameworks for Celonis implementations
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, data models, and process mining use cases
• Design and validate data models, event logs, and data pipelines required for process mining
• Guide configuration, development, testing, and deployment of process mining applications
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all process mining solutions
• Establish governance frameworks for process mining programs and solution lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements
• Building of Technical Assets and Accelerators

Skills and attributes for success

• 4-9 years Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS / Process Mining platform
• Extensive experience in process mining, business process management (BPM), or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven track record in solution architecture and large-scale implementations
• Experience working in consulting, shared services, or enterprise transformation environments is preferred
• Strong expertise in process mining concepts and methodologies
• Advanced understanding of business process modeling and optimization
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to bridge business and technical requirements effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams
• Strong project delivery and governance experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and database concepts
• Knowledge of automation, RPA, or workflow solutions
• Understanding of cloud platforms and data architectures
