Patient Experience Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related program
• At least 3 years of marketing experience
• Open to work in a hospital setup

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and improve the overall patient experience throughout the hospital.
• Conduct patient satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and recommend service improvements.
• Develop and implement patient-centered programs and initiatives.
• Track patient experience indicators and prepare recommendations for improvement.
• Receive, investigate, and resolve patient concerns, complaints, and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure patient issues are addressed effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of patient feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to management when necessary.
• Organize patient education, health awareness, and community engagement activities.
• Promote patient rights, responsibilities, and active participation in healthcare decisions.
• Work closely with clinical, administrative, and support departments to improve patient communication and engagement.
• Support hospital quality improvement, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on patient satisfaction, complaints, and patient experience trends.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff to facilitate effective communication.
• Develop patient information materials and support communication campaigns.
• Help manage patient communication channels, including feedback systems, hotlines, emails, and social media inquiries.
