What you'll do:

• Monitor key logistics KPIs to spot trends and identify gaps.
• Issue alerts or tickets to operations teams when performance falls below benchmarks, be the early warning system for our logistics network.
• Analyze historical operational data to generate actionable insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate critical issues to the Command Center Supervisor in real time, ensuring smooth and timely interventions.
• Leverage trends to forecast potential disruptions and help the team stay one step ahead.
• Create clear and timely reports to inform Command Center Supervisor and keep operations aligned.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or any related field
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in logistics operations, demonstrating practical knowledge of supply chain processes
• Technical proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, GPS/Fleet Management Systems, and other statistical software
• Proficiency in data management and visualization techniques to organize and present information effectively
• Open to working in a flexible schedule or shifting hours to support our 24/7 operations
