AU Senior Tax Accountant

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Work Setup: Work from Home

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM

Salary Package: 85,000.00 php - 120,000.00 php (negotiable - depending on qualifications)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 yrs + experience in Australian Taxation
• At least 2 yrs experience as a tax compliance accountant for an Australian Accounting Firm
• Experience with managing multiple clients
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Able to deal with deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Adaptability to various client needs
• Efficient and readily available
• Software: Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, Dext, FYI Docs, Supermate, How Now electronic workpapers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare BAS/IAS returns
• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets and depreciation schedules for business clients
• Prepare and lodge Income Tax Returns for Indviduals, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships
• Review client accounting records in MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero, etc. to provide accurate and timely management reports
• Superannuation data entry and preparation of financial statements and tax return for audit
• FBT returns if capable
• Providing assistance in relation to a range of taxation matters including FBT, CGT, income tax and GST
