Job Description:

• Perform month-end closing activities including preparation and posting of journal entries.
• Prepare financial statements analyze account variances and provide financial reports.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and ensure account balances are accurate.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitor outstanding items.
• Assist with tax accounting activities including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy.
• 23 years of accounting experience; month-end closing experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented adaptable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
• CPA license is preferred but not required.
