Marketing & Sales Recruiter

Client Engagement & Search Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand hiring needs define search strategies and align on hiring priorities.
  
• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients delivering speed accuracy and value throughout every search.
  
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for contingent searches from intake through successful placement.
  
• Partner closely with the Account Management team to identify upsell opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  

Sourcing & Recruiting

• Identify attract and engage top talent for Marketing and Sales roles.
  
• Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter job boards Boolean search techniques and internal databases.
  
• Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications cultural fit and long-term career alignment.
  
• Present thoroughly vetted candidates to clients with comprehensive candidate summaries and relevant market insights.
  
• Maintain consistent candidate engagement and manage communication throughout the entire recruiting process.
  

Operations & Technology

• Maintain accurate organized and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  
• Track recruiting activity candidate pipeline and placement metrics.
  
• Continuously refine search strategies based on data recruiting outcomes and evolving market trends.
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

3 years of recruiting experience preferably in contingent or agency recruiting with a focus on Sales and/or Marketing roles. A proven track record of successfully placing technical professionals in fast-paced environments. Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions and client priorities simultaneously. Comfort working in a metrics-driven performance-based environment with a high level of accountability. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
