Corporate Sales Officer

The Corporate Sales Officer is a sales function responsible for bringing sales through corporate distribution channels. The assigned CS Officer shall lead manage and develop the assigned region/channel in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS officer is also expected to provide deliver new business handle renewal negotiations and manage aftersales escalations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
• Meet the set targets in terms of APE activation account renewals and number of closed cases.
• Train and manage the region/channel to sell Group Insurance Group Credit Life and Health products
• Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
• Build and maintain a professional and ethical relationship with the region/channel in line with regulatory industry and company standards.
• Sub-sector operations
  • Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through business reviews roadshows and lead generation activities.
  • Develop implement promote and monitor campaigns of Corporate Solutions.
  • Supports the region/channel in conducting corporate training programs client presentations and business reviews for existing clients.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion.
  • Manage aftersales escalations
  • Handles New Business Acquisition
  • Negotiates renewal business.

Required Qualifications:

• With very strong sales background preferably in the insurance / HMO industry.
• With three years or more relevant experience in sales business development training and agency management preferably in a life / HMO insurance setting
• Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Power point)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
• Bachelors degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Economics / Management
• Life (Traditional) licensed
